We’re proud to support small businesses, local organizations, and bulk buyers with access to quality products at unbeatable wholesale prices. Please read our Wholesale Policy carefully to understand how to register, get approved, and shop tax-free (if eligible) through our wholesale program.

Who Can Apply for a Wholesale Account?

Our wholesale program is open to:

  • Retailers, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores

  • Schools, churches, and nonprofits

  • Licensed resellers and volume buyers

If you are purchasing for personal use, you are welcome to shop at our regular prices without registration. However, if you’re buying for business purposes or in bulk, we encourage you to register for a wholesale account to unlock exclusive pricing.

How to Register for Wholesale Access

To begin, please complete our online application form here: Wholesale Registration Form

You’ll be asked to provide basic business information including:

  • Business name and type

  • Contact information

  • EIN or other business verification (optional)

  • Resale certificate (if applicable – see below for tax exemption)

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our team within 1–2 business days.

Account Approval Process

After reviewing your submission, our team will determine eligibility. If approved, you will receive an approval email with instructions to set your account password.

To log in and access wholesale pricing, you must use the dedicated wholesale login page: Wholesale Login Page

Important: Wholesale pricing will only be visible and applied once you are logged into an approved wholesale account using the correct login page.

Sales Tax Exemption

If you are eligible for sales tax exemption, please submit a valid Resale Certificate for your state or jurisdiction.
Email it to: info@sadboyswholesale.com

We cannot remove sales tax from your orders unless we have your valid resale certificate on file prior to purchase. Tax exemption cannot be retroactively applied.

Please note: Some products may require minimum quantity purchases and availability may vary based on inventory.

Using Your Wholesale Account

  • Wholesale prices are automatically applied once you are logged in through the wholesale login portal.

  • Do not share your login credentials with others. Misuse may result in account suspension.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your shipping and billing details are up to date.

  • Orders placed outside the wholesale account (i.e., as a guest or regular user) will not reflect wholesale pricing.

  • Wholesale purchases are final sale unless defective or shipped in error.
