Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on:

  • Distance from our warehouse

  • Order size and weight

  • Time of delivery (standard vs. after-hours)

In general:

  • Orders over a certain minimum may qualify for free local delivery

  • Smaller orders may incur a flat-rate or distance-based fee

Exact delivery cost will be calculated at checkout or confirmed upon order placement.

Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Most orders are processed within a few hours during business hours

  • Same-day delivery is often available for in-stock items

  • For bulk or pallet orders, allow additional time for picking and loading

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing large or custom orders at least 24 hours in advance.

We’ll notify you when your order is ready—usually within a few hours of placing it.

Delivery Policy & Requirements

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order at the delivery location

  • If no one is present, we may attempt redelivery, but additional fees may apply

  • For large deliveries (e.g., cases, pallets), please ensure access to loading zones or freight-friendly entrances

  • Customers are responsible for verifying order accuracy and condition upon delivery. Report any issues within 24 hours
