We offer delivery and warehouse pickup services, primarily from our Bronx location. While we aim to deliver promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by external carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery availability, fees, and service areas are subject to change.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk sales, all sales are considered final unless:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery

  • An incorrect item was shipped due to our error

  • A product is proven to be defective and reported within 3 days of receipt

Refunds or store credits are issued at our discretion. Please contact us at info@sadboyswholesale.com to initiate a return inquiry.

6. Wholesale Registration & Approval

Access to wholesale pricing and bulk purchasing privileges is limited to approved wholesale customers.

To qualify for a wholesale account:

  • You must submit a Wholesale Registration form with complete business information

  • We may require verification of your business (e.g., EIN, resale certificate)

  • Once reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive a confirmation email

  • Wholesale pricing will then be activated and visible when logged into your account

Sadboys Wholesale reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts at its sole discretion. Accounts suspected of misuse, false information, or non-business activity may be suspended or revoked.

Wholesale pricing is exclusive to authorized buyers and may not be shared or disclosed outside the intended business context.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, logos, graphics, product images, and designs—is the property of Sadboys Wholesale or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without prior written permission from Sadboys Wholesale.

10. Referral Program (Optional)

Approved wholesale customers may participate in our Refer a Business program. By referring a new business to Sadboys Wholesale:

  • You may receive a $50 credit after the referred customer places their first order

  • The new customer will also receive $50 off their first order

Referral rewards are subject to eligibility, account approval, and verification. Referrals must be submitted and tracked properly through official channels. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

Sadboys Wholesale reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
